Hotplates and Lids

The Redfyre Universal range cooker's hotplates and lids, side hob options, main oven and lower oven all have the same performance features and options as the the Redfyre Traditional range cooker when used as a pure 4 oven heatstore cooker. The key Differential between the Redfyre Universal and Redfyre Traditional cooker is the capability to use left hand ovens as an electric fan oven and convential electric oven if the main burner is turned off.

Electric Oven and Electric Grill

The Electric Ovens and Electric Grill (in the top fan oven) can be used when the main burner is on to provide increased control and adaptability by thermostatically adjusting the temperatures at the touch of a dial, something most other heatstore coookers cannot offer. This means ultimate controllability whilst retaining the main benefits of a heatstore cooker.
